The website Framingham Antique Homes is operated by Robert J. Andrews, a Massachusetts licensed Realtor with the sole and exclusive permission of Jordan E. Joy & Associates, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation that hosts and maintains the site.

The Free Home Warranty is offered as an incentive to utilize the professional services of Bob Andrews in the purchase of a client/customer’s home and/or listing of a client’s property for sale as a direct result of using this website and “Registering” for the free home warranty prior to making direct contact and/or as part of submitting a Request for Information before engaging such services.

No companies, services or organizations listed in the Resource Directory have been solicited for inclusion. Those that are  included do not pay a fee to be listed.  Requests to be changed or removed from the Directory will promptly be honored upon written request.

Advertisers listed at the bottom of the Our Town page, if included, may pay a nominal fee primarily for the purpose of defraying web-hosting and maintenance charges. Inclusion of advertisers is at our discretion and may be limited due to geographic proxmity, competing advertisers and whether we feel that it adds value to the user experience.
